Felliew, have a Bachelor Degree Magna Cum Laude in Law and Politic Science, Master Studies in Civil and Commercial Law and member of Chapter of the National Theta Kappa.
At age four Felliew learned his first dance steps from his grandmother, continuing much later his formal dance education in the techniques of The Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing from United Kingdom and social dance in The National Dance Council of America in The United States. His thirst for knowledge about dancing took him on a live time journey to achieve diverse required levels in his second career as Student-Teacher, Associate Instructor, Licentiateship and Fellowship; as well as, Bronze, Silver and Gold medal awards; and finally, choreographing, training and performing the physical and intlellectual art of dance. It is truly a long and serious commitment to accomplish both careers with the dedication and sacrifices they both deserve.
Felliew's grandmother love for dancing and life inspired him to believe that one is never too old to become the confident, powerful, successful and elegant dancer. Today this is his goal and philosophy when teaching dancing to people from all ages.
Felliew's dance adventure begun in school plays, musical auditions, TV shows, dance recitals, showcases, and dance competitions, like: The Seattle Crystal Ball in Washington State, Virginia Open, Rising Star at Maryland State, Ballroom Championship in Miami Florida, The Hotel Caesar’s Classic Annual Showcase, Emerald Ball in California State, Las Vegas Championship, The Marriott Professional Open, Washington Open Professional and Pro-Am Showcase, The Embassy Open, The Texas Challenge Invitational and the Vancouver Open in Canada. As part of my Student-Teacher internship I taught dancing to children in danger and poverty sponsored by United Nations on summer camps, Arthur Murray International, Maryland dance and theater arts institute, The Alexandria-Virginia Ballroom for seniors, Let’s be dance studio, The argentinian and latin dancer international, and at my own center The Garibaldi’s Ballroom Dance Studio.
Dancing, for Felliew, has been truly a rewarding obsession, a wonderful passion and a never ending pursuit of learning and understanding the art of dance in all its forms. He is a dedicated teacher with a passion for music and dance that is unsurpassed by most which is evident in my creative choreographies, as well as fun and easy methods of teaching complex dance techniques and body mechanics to people of all ages.
Felliew's friendly and easy going personality, with the ability to create relationships that produce positive results and growth among my students, makes him one of the most sought after instructors in Tromso.
Felliew has reached levels of proficiency in his dance methodology and technique from world class dance institutes and professionals like: Ron Montez (USA), Seven times US Latin American Champion; Corky and Shirley Ballas (UK), Two Times World Latin American Champions; Geoffrey Hearns (UK), Competition Judge, member of the ISTD and Choreographer of World International Champions Marcus and Karen Hilton from UK; Paul Overton and Sharon Ashe (USA), Methodology of swing NDCA; Roberto Pagan and Loriann Greenhouse (USA), World Champion finalist of Theater Arts and Hustle; Bob Powers and Julia Grochakova (USA), American Style Rhythm champions.
